Meet our enthusiastic team of professionals with whom we work hard every day to help people look to the future in a positive way. We do this for example by coming up with new questions or book products, designing a new banner or cover, or making a clever tweak to our website. Our website was developed by Dugu.nl, the cover designs done by Roald Triebels and Lilli Turner wrote the copy. Check also out who our advisors are who always keep us on our toes.
Coen Borgman
Founder & Managing Director
Coen is an experienced publishing professional, who held a position as Editorial Director for world’s leading ghost writing platform, worked for a broad variety of media companies. He likes to pioneer and be at the forefront in establishing and scaling businesses. He possesses a zeal for great stories, publishing, entrepreneurship, tech, sports, guitar music and positivity!
Else Kemps
Head of Questions
Else is a writer and poet. Else graduated from the Creative Writing course at ArtEZ School of the Arts. In 2016 she became the youngest ever winner of the prestigious Turing Poetry Competition. The following year she won the Dutch Poetry Slam Championship. With her poetic and funny – but quite often profound – writing style, Else provides you unique questions with an original twist.

Kavita is passionate about creating impactful outreach solutions to help clients scale their businesses. She is an ardent believer in following principles driven by ethics and to help clients scale their businesses. Kavita has also established The SaiSparsh Trust, an organisation which focuses on empowering women and children from underprivileged communities.
Muhammed Shameem
Graphic Designer
Muhammed is a professional graphic designer. His expertise is completing all types of work related to graphic design. Whether that work is brand identity design, packaging design, photo-editing, banners, book covers or anything else, he can do it quickly. Besides graphic design Shameem has a passion for travelling and reading.

Jaap Parqui
Jaap Parqui is senior publisher of the renowned dictionary Dikke Van Dale (the Dutch equivalent of ‘the Oxford English Dictionary’). He also has a successful practice as a career and life coach in London and The Hague.
Marc Barteling
For years Marc Barteling asked well-known and unknown readers to tell about their favorite book. He made videos of these and placed them on his platform Why I Love This Book. Besides being a great book lover, Marc is also a product owner.
Lars Gierveld
Lars Gierveld is a Dutch presenter and entrepreneur. Gierveld gained national fame after he hosted the tv-show RamBam. He is also founder of Kumasi Drinks, a drink made from cocoa fruit juice with the aim of supporting local farmers in Africa.
